2. Orders & Payments
All orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We accept payments via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
Once an order is placed, modifications can only be made within 24 hours by contacting over mail or phone.
3. Product Details
All jewelry is handcrafted and may have slight variations in design, color, and finish.
Gemstones may vary slightly in shape, tone, and inclusions — this reflects their natural beauty.
We strive for accurate product photography, but colors may appear different due to screen settings.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship across India.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Custom orders takes 3-5 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the location and courier partner.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or unforeseen events.
5. Returns & Exchanges
As most pieces are made to order or personalized, we do not offer returns.
Exchanges are only accepted in the case of:
Damaged product upon arrival
Incorrect item received
To be eligible, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with unboxing video proof.
6. Custom Orders
Custom or personalized jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Advance payment is required for all custom requests.
Once design and details are approved, no further changes will be entertained.
7. Intellectual Property
All images, content, logos, and designs on this website are the intellectual property of Daberyl.
Use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is handled securely and used only for order fulfillment, shipping, and marketing (with your consent).
